Our Services

We specialize in making sure that your event is stress free and goes as smoothly as  possible!  We coordinate small and large events, including: weddings, corporate events, bachelorette/bachelor parties, surprise parties, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, and so much more!  Our goal is to coordinate memorable events, create unforgettable memories, and leave you feeling like a guest at your next special occasion.

Venue Setup

We are here to make sure your event is extra special. Our team can arrive the night before or even the morning of to assure your venue is set up just the way you imagine it! We want you and your friends and family to show up as guests. Let us do the setting up and leave all of the decorating to us. Contact us now for a personalized quote. 

Ceremony/Rehearsal Coordination

  • 1.5 hours of rehearsal coordination

  • Ceremony decoration placement

  • Set up sign in table, guest book & pen

  • Set up unity candle, memorial candles, sand, trees, wine box, etc.

  • Hand out all bouquets and pin on all bridal party flowers

  • Instruct ushers 

  • Confirmation of ring possession prior to ceremony

  • Make sure flower girl and ring bearer are ready to go

  • Distribute attendant flower

  • Organize family & bridal party for processional

  • Timeline management

  • Coordinate activities & timing with officiate

  • Coordinate & cue music

Full day of Wedding Coordination

Pre Wedding

  • Two face-to-face meetings or one face-to-face and one site check

  • Ongoing email and phone communication once contract is signed

  • Review of all vendor contracts

  • Coordination of departure and arrival times of all vendors

  • Timeline creation

  • Ceremony and reception details thoroughly discussed

The Rehearsal

  • Coordinate with officiant how the rehearsal will run

  • Direct processional, recessional in order and to music if available

  • Go over the wedding day with each member of the wedding party, what time they are expected to arrive, where they will be getting ready, practicing walking down the aisle and with whom, where and how to stand etc.

  • Meet with musicians and coordinate music as necessary

  • Help family with seating locations

  • Hand out time line for wedding and reception to the wedding party and family members

  • We plan to make sure everyone is prepared for the big day and answer any questions anyone may have


The Ceremony

  • Setup of all ceremony decorations

  • Set up unity candle or memorial candles or any other objects to be used for wedding.  (sand, trees, wine box etc)

  • Make sure the bridal party has their bouquets, and all family members  

  •  Direct ushers on seating 

  • Make sure rings are ready for ceremony 

  • Makre sure ring bearer and flower girl are ready to go

  • Distribute attendant flowers

  • Organize family & bridal party for processional

  • Time line management

  • Coordinate activities & timing with officiate

  • Coordinate & cue music

  • Organize items needing to be taken to reception


The Reception

  • Complete setup of reception

  • Provide direction & coordination of vendor activities - florist, desserts, caterer, photo booth DJ & photographer/videoagrapher

  • Time line management

  • Insure that cake table is set up with cake, knife, server, napkins, toasting glasses, etc.

  • Coordinate wedding party and DJ for introductions

  • Make sure dj/photographer are following timeline and event stays on track

  • Coordinate cutting cake for photos

  • Coordinate the toast for photos

  • Coordinate bouquet & garter toss

  • Cue & orchestrate other dances

  • Assist family with special needs

  • Hand out all tips to vendors

  • Emergency bridal kit

  • Much more

  • Cleanup fees are extra $$$
